Which certificates do we obtain?
Official document proving whether a person has criminal convictions in Spain. Widely required for immigration procedures, public exams and job applications.
Proves the absence of convictions for sexual offences. Mandatory to work with minors in schools, sports clubs, as an activity leader, etc. (Act 26/2015).
Proves the absence of convictions for violence against women or domestic violence. Required in some recruitment processes and professional authorisations.
Since 2015, anyone working with minors in Spain is required to present this certificate to their employer. This includes: teachers, sports coaches, nursery assistants, social educators, youth leisure workers and any other professional regularly in contact with minors.
