1 Personal digital certificate

To submit the application, the applicant's personal digital certificate (FNMT Class 2 for citizens) is essential, or you must authorise Gestoría Gala to submit it with theirs. Note that this procedure requires the personal certificate, not a company certificate.

2 Employment History Report

The applicant's employment history report is required, showing their contribution history and employment status. It is issued by Social Security.

4 Registration (Padrón)

For the IMV you need two types of registration certificate from the town hall where you are registered.

📋 Historical registration certificate

Shows all the addresses where you have been registered. Proves continuous residence in Spain.

👨‍👩‍👧 Collective registration certificate

Lists all the people currently registered at your address. Proves the household unit.

5 Family record book (required)

What type of family record book do you have? *

6 Income Tax Return

You need the income tax return of the applicant for the 2024 tax year (the fiscal year before the year of application). Other household members' returns are not needed.

Example: If you apply for the IMV in 2026, you need the return for the 2024 tax year (filed during the 20241 tax season).

8 Power of attorney

For Gestoría Gala to act on your behalf, you must sign a power of attorney. Once you send this form, we will send you the template by email.

📋 Process: After you send this questionnaire, Gestoría Gala will send you the power-of-attorney template. You must sign it (by hand or digitally) and send it to us together with the rest of the documentation.

9 Bank account ownership certificate

You need a bank account ownership certificate issued by your bank. It must be in the applicant's name and show the full IBAN. A statement or a screenshot is not valid.

How to get it?
· At your bank branch (ask for the "certificate of account ownership")
· Through online banking (private area → my accounts → download certificate)
· Via app: CaixaBank, Santander, BBVA, ING, Sabadell… usually allow you to download it directly

I have the bank account ownership certificate in my name and will attach it in the documentation section.

10 Attach documentation

List of documents to attach:

· Photo of the DNI / NIE (front and back)
· Applicant's Employment History Report
· Historical registration certificate
· Collective registration certificate (all household members)
· Family record book (photo of all pages with data) or literal birth certificate
· 2024 income tax return of the applicant (final return, all pages)
· Declaration of responsibility signed by each cohabiting adult (except the applicant)
· Bank account ownership certificate
· Foreign marriage certificate translated into Spanish

11 Authorisations and submission

I authorise Gestoría Gala to submit, on my behalf and representation, the application for the Minimum Living Income, to provide the necessary documentation and to carry out any actions required to process the benefit. * I authorise Gestoría Gala to fill in and sign, on my behalf, using my digital certificate, the declaration of responsibility required in the IMV application. Gestoría Gala will send me the draft for my review and approval before signing. * I have read and accept the privacy policy. My data will be processed solely for the management of the IMV procedure. *

Base service price: 85 €
Includes document review, estimation of the amount, preparation and submission of the application. An additional 15 € is added for each registration certificate or certificate of no filing obligation that Gestoría Gala obtains on your behalf.

Important information about grants: Gestoría Online Gala handles exclusively the processing of the paperwork related to the application. Whether the aid is granted or denied depends solely and exclusively on the competent Public Administration; therefore if a request is not granted, this will NOT entitle you to a refund of the service fee.
